Processing Techniques
Plastic Injection Moulding and Overmoulding on Metal Inserts
1. Material Preparation: after ensuring optimal conditions for processing (e.g., dry and uniform materials), the selected materials are prepared for the production process.
2. Material Injection: the plastic material is heated until it becomes fluid. If the process involves overmoulding onto metal parts, those parts are inserted directly into the mould at this stage. Finally, the liquid plastic material is injected into the mould using an injection press.
3. Cooling and Solidification: the plastic material is cooled until it solidifies in the desired shape.
4. Mould Extraction: the product is removed from the mould. This final extraction phase is carried out with great care to prevent potential damage to the item.
Cost-effective, automated, and fast processing
A wide range of usable materials is available to ensure optimal performance
Ability to produce even extremely small parts
Ability to produce even extremely small parts
1. Material Preparation: the most suitable compound for moulding is cut into strips and weighed.
2. Insertion into the Mould: the rubber strips are placed into the mould, which is then closed under compression.
3. Vulcanisation: vulcanisation time is set between 10 to 90 minutes at 140°C to 170°C, depending on the selected compound and product size.
4. Mould Extraction: once the mould is opened, the product is manually extracted and trimmed.

Compression Moulding of Rubber Products with Overmoulding on Metal Parts
1. Metal Part Preparation: to eliminate all impurities, the metal parts are sandblasted and, depending on their materials (aluminium, iron, steel, brass, etc.), coated with the appropriate adhesives.
2. Rubber Preparation: after selecting the most suitable compound for moulding, it is cut into strips and weighed.
3. Insertion into the Mould: the rubber strips and metal parts are placed into the mould, which is then closed under compression.
4. Vulcanisation: vulcanisation time is set between 10 to 90 minutes at 140°C to 170°C, depending on the selected compound and product size.
5. Mould Extraction: once the mould is opened, the product is manually extracted and trimmed.
